About the Crawfish Boil

We have had the crawfish boil on the third Wednesday of April because that is when Jubilee Joe’s first opened its doors (Jubilee Joe’s first opened on April 20, 2005).

We had our first annual crawfish boil on April 23, 2007; it was Kash’s way of giving back to our generous customers. The first year there were a little over 100 people. This past year we had well over 1,000 people with off site parking and shuttle bus transportation.

Kash saw the potential for a crawfish boil as his customer’s loved crawfish and he figured it would be the perfect way to give back with a little bit of entertainment. For the past two years we have had Todd Simpson and the Mojo Child perform to great success!

Now the crawfish boil has become a great way to give back to our customers while making a strong name for ourselves.
